Distillery Open to Acquisition

We have a small, turn-key distillery in a quaint small town in Southeast Wisconsin and are open to acquisition.

We've built a solid brand with significant social media presence and have turn-key operations with unlimited potential on Main Street in a beautiful and quaint small town in Southeast Wisconsin. We have a recently renovated building with a Production Room, Tasting Room and Patio.

Wisconsin state statutes recently changed and allow for self distribution, off-site sales of bottles and beverages and full bar service on and off site under our permit. This means that you would not have to obtain a liquor license through the municipality but would be able to operate with full bar service under our existing permits.

Acquisition would be a complete buyout with no lease-to-own and 100% transfer of ownership to the buyer. Sale would include the property and its contents, existing Bourbon barrel inventory and transfer of federal and state permits. Consultation available upon request and at an additional charge.
